An issue has been identified with certain LCD displays shipped with the following VAIO desktop computers. Affected LCD displays may have horizontal or vertical black lines that continuously appear on the LCD screen due to a problem with part of the LCD screen. The model numbers of the affected displays are:

PCVA-15XSA1 and PCVA-15TXSA1

VAIO desktop computers that use the above LCD displays:
*Please note some of the following desktop computers may not use the above displays.

To request a repair for an affected LCD display, please contact your local VAIO Service Centre at the following number. As part of Sony's commitment to product quality, the repair will be provided free-of-charge, within the scope of warranty or out of the scope of warranty:
