Sony has recently discovered that the Digital Still Camera Cyber-shot DSC-H2 may not recognize SanDisk Memory Stick PRO Duo media. Some of the DSC-H2 units that were introduced to the market in the beginning of April 2006 may show the described symptom.

In its effort to ensure customer satisfaction, Sony will offer a free software update to the owners of affected units at the Customer Service Center.
