Effective November 14, 2011, the authorized Hong Kong Repair Service Centre of Sony Computer Entertainment Asia (SCE-Asia) will change from Sony Customer Service Centre to the following:

New address of PlayStation® Service Centre in Hong Kong:

CWB M-Zone
Shop 1714, 17/F Hang Lung Centre,
2-20 Paterson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

New address of PlayStation® Service Centre in Kowloon:

TST M-Zone
Shop 901, 9/F, Carnarvon Plaza,
20 Carnarvon Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

The opening hours of the new Service Centre will be 11am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday (closed on Sunday and public holidays).  The new Service Centres for PlayStation® products will start to provide customers with repair services effective November 14, 2011, while Sony Customer Service Centres will stop accepting new repair orders of PlayStation® products from November 14, 2011.

Customers bringing their PlayStation® consoles / peripherals to the Sony Customer Service Centres on or before November 13, 2011 for repair should collect their products from the respective Sony Customer Service Centres.
