A playback error icon appears when trying to view some BMP photo files.

    The Blu-ray Disc player only supports BMP files with the following specifications:

    1. The file is not a compressed file.
    2. The bit depth of the file is 1, 4, 8, 24, or 32 bits.
    3. The BMP file resolution is less than or equal to 1920x1080.

    Please confirm that your BMP file adheres to all of the above specifications.
