No sound output from the device when connected to the unit.

Check the following.

• Turn the unit on/off.
• Check the connection of the connected audio device.
• Check whether the connection cables are correct.
• Check whether the connected ports are correct.
• Check the volume level of the connected device.
  Depending on the connected device, the volume can be adjusted by the connected device and the volume level may be low.
