A white screen appears when opening the web browser.

    If a white screen appears when opening the web browser, check the following.

    • Turn off the power and unplug the AC power cord, then plug it back in and turn the power back on.
    • If Netflix is available, perform the following procedure.
      1.  Sign in to Netflix.
      2.  Launch web browser.
      3.  White screen appears.
      4.  Press Netflix button on remote control.
      5.  Exit Netflix.
      6.  Launch web browser again.
