Notice on Free Repair Service for LCD Panel of Sony BRAVIA LCD TV KD-55X9000A
Dear Valued BRAVIA customers,
We would like to announce that the LCD TV BRAVIA KD-55X9000A sold in Hong Kong since April 2013 may have picture noise, horizontal and vertical line problems caused by the LCD panel.
Accordingly, Sony will provide a free repair service for the affected model’s LCD panel from now until March 31, 2018.

<Symptom for Free Repair>
Following symptoms caused by LCD panel
-Abnormal Picture (Picture Noise) (Except Bright Pixel, Dead Pixel, Brightness & Color Uniformity, STBY LED Blinking, No Back Light)
- Horizontal Line
If the issue is specified as the affected LCD Panel failure by the diagnosis, the free repair is also applied in above mentioned period, even if in-warranty period is expired.
