WF-1000X Firmware Update Program Download Service

    For owners of Wireless Noise Canceling Stereo Headset, we offer WF-1000X firmware update program to the latest version 1.0.7. Please read carefully the following instructions.

    * This update is not necessary if your product has already been updated to firmware version 1.0.7.

    [Contents of the update]

    [1] To make the connection stability better such as the suppression of Sound Skipping phenomenon to the connected device.
    [2] The following symptom is solved. The product turns off automatically when changing “Sound Quality Mode” with “Headphones Connect” App on only iOS device.

    [Applicable Model]
    WF-1000X which has firmware version lower than 1.0.7.

    [How to confirm the Firmware version]
    “Headphones Connect” App is required to check the firmware version.

    [Before Update] 

    • Make sure to fully charge the product.
    • After updating, the firmware cannot be reinstalled to an earlier version.

    [During Update]
    While downloading updates, transferring data, and updating, never “insert the main unit into the battery charger” or “Power off”, or the headphones may become unusable.

    [After update]
