    Notice of Extended In-Warranty Terms of LCD Panel Repair for BRAVIA LCD TV KDL-55HX950Customers

    Dear Valued Sony Customer,

    We would like to announce that there is an LCD panel issue affecting the BRAVIA LCD TV KDL-55HX950marketed since October2012, where the symptoms described below may appear on its LCD panel.

    As such, the in-warranty terms for the above-mentioned model for such symptom will be extended until September 30, 2017.

    <Extended Warranty Term>

    Until September 30, 2017

     

    <The symptoms will be repaired free of charge during such In-Warranty Terms >

    Horizontal Line and Horizontal Bar symptoms on the displayed picture.

     

    <Treatment >

    If the diagnosis of the issue is indicated as the affected LCD Panel failure, the treatment will be applied by following our internal procedure.
