Notice of end of support for hardware and software products running on WindowsXP

Dear valued customers,

Microsoft Corporation announced that it would end Windows XP support on April 8, 2014. After the end of support, it will no longer provide security updates and technical support.

Accordingly, Sony will not be able to support quality/security issues related to our hardware and software products running on Windows XP, which would be caused by factors occurring after such end of Microsoft’s support. Please be advised that general and security functions of subject products may not operate optimally if the subject product continues to be operated on Windows XP.

To continue using your hardware and software products on newer versions of Windows, please visit our support website for your products to check compatibility.

*Please note that we cannot support quality/security issues related to our products operating on former version of Windows OS for which Microsoft has already end edits support, and which would be caused by factors occurring after such end of Microsoft’s support.
