Removal Notice of Sony Store Mongkok & New Arrangement on Customer Service Centre

Thank you for your support to Sony Store.

Sony Store Mongkok and Customer Service Centre located at the current location (9/F, Wai Fung Plaza) will operate until February 16, 2016 (Tuesday) due to lease expiry.

Sony Store Mongkok will resume its business at a new location starting mid-March 2016. The address is: 1 st Floor, Hua Chiao Commercial Centre, No.678 Nathan Road, Mongkok. Business hours: Monday to Sunday, 11:00am – 9:00pm.

Starting from February 17, 2016 (Wednesday), Sony Customer Service Centre in Causeway Bay will provide all repair & maintenance, after-sale services for Sony AV products as well as gift redemption in an effort to let customers enjoy more efficient quality services.
