Starting February 1, 2016, Sony Xperia™ Customer Service Centre (Mong Kok) will provide all repair & maintenance as well as after-sale services of Sony Mobile products (smartphones and tablets). Customers from the HK Island may bring their Sony Mobile products to the Sony Mobile Products Collection Point located in Central and the products will be collected for repair by specialists.
Addresses and service hours of Sony Xperia™ Customer Service Centre and Collection Point are as follows:
Sony Customer Service Centre in Causeway Bay provides repair & maintenance as well as aftersale services for Sony Mobile products until January 31, 2016. Thereafter, this service centre will focus on the relevant services for Sony AV products in an effort to let customers enjoy more efficient quality services.
