Thank you for your continued support to Sony products.
We recently found that the SF-M32/M64/M128 memory cards cannot be recognized by specific UHS-II product* or that it takes a longer time to recognize the SF-M32/M64/M128 with specific UHS-II product* (Normally, it should be recognized in less than one second).
To address this issue, we are implementing a free replacement program for affected SD cards.
* Sony confirmed this issue with the below product. (As of February 2017)
Digital single-lens reflex camera OM-D E-M1 Mark II made by Olympus Corporation (when used with UHS-II compatible slot)
* Please note that this issue might happen to products which will be released in the future.
[Affected products: SF-M32, SF-M64, SF-M128]
[Check Whether or Not SD card is affected]
