The sound is delayed or the picture and sound are out of sync
Due to the characteristic of Bluetooth wireless technology, there may be a delay in playback on your Glass speaker due to signal interference or a slight delay when playing a video file.
NOTE: A slight delay may also occur under the following conditions:
- When using the Speaker Add function
- When using the Wireless Stereo function
- When a device is connected to the AUDIO IN jack of the speaker
- When viewing a video using LDAC
