    Dear Customer,


    Thank you for your continued interest in Sony products.

    Sony has discovered that some units of WI-SP510 may not be able to power on due to water corrosion issues within the unit body structure.


    To address this issue, we are implementing a free repair program for the affected units. This free repair program will start late Dec 2020 and will remain available until November 30th, 2022 (Updated on November 25th, 2021).
