I cannot access the support page with an Error from the QR code on SmartHelp.

    Try to access the support page by the following alternative method:

    1. On the mobile device, tap the menu icon on the top left of the screen.
    2. Select the Support tab, and select Self Support.
    3. Type the TV model name into the search bar and tap Search. The product detail information will be displayed.

    Note: If you continue to have issues accessing the support page from the QR code, update your TV's software to the latest version.
