Microsoft® is currently investigating this symptom (as of April 18, 2002).
User can try the following methods to avoid the symptom. However, Sony does not guarantee that the methods work in every environment.
* Method 1
1. Start Windows Messenger.
2. From Tools menu, click Options.
3. Click the Preference tab and disable the Allow this program to run in background option.
4. Click OK.
* Method 2
Log off from Windows and log in again.
