    How to create a new user account and change the settings of the user?

    Follow the steps below to create a new user account:
    1. Start Control Panel and double-click Users and Passwords.
    2. Select the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer option.
    3. Click Add.
    4. In the User name, Full name and Description textboxes, key in the required information. Click Next.
    5. In the Password and Confirm password textboxes, type in the password.
    6. Click Next.
    7. Assign an access level for this user and click Finish.

    Follow the steps below to change the setings of the user account:
    1. Start Control Panel and double-click Users and Passwords.
    2. Select the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer option.
    3. Click to select a user account and click Properties.
    4. Make the necessary changes to the user account.
    5. Click OK after all the changes have been made.
