Cannot access floppy diskette.
Received error message of "Not ready reading drive A" when access the diskette.
To help to isolate the problem, do the following :
A) Use another diskette to check.
B) There might be dusk accumulated on the drive, please use FDD drive cleaner solution to clean the drive.
C) Check the diskette whether is already formatted. (Normally will be stated at the box, some diskettes even have wording stated "IBM format" to indicate that the diskette was formatted.)
To format the floppy diskette:
1) Boot up to Windows.
2) Go to "My computer" right-click on the 3-1/2 Floppy (A:).
3) Select [Format...] and make sure that the [Capacity] field indicate "1.44Mb (3.5")"
4) Select the [Full] format and click on [Start]
After the the formatting complete, make sure that there is 0 bytes in bad sectors. Otherwise bad sector indicate that there is a permanent damaged on the diskette itself. Please use another diskette.
Please contact the service centre if the problem still persist.
