What to do if the Wireless LAN/Bluetooth LED does not light up even after turning it on?
Wireless LAN/Bluetooth LED does not light up nor work even after users turn on the Wireless LAN switch.
Wireless LAN/Bluetooth connection requires both hardware switch and software switch to be turned on. The indicator LED does not light up either until both switches are turned on.
This symptom is the product specifications. Please follow the instructions to check VAIO Smart Network.
1. Right-click VAIO Smart Network and select Show main window.
2. Enable the checkboxes of WLAN and Bluetooth.
