Why does the JogDial window appear when I press [Ctrl], [Alt] and [Shift] key simultaneously?

Why does the JogDial window appear when I press [Ctrl], [Alt] and [Shift] key simultaneously even though I have hidden the JogDial window in the task tray?

To resolve the symptom, you can either
1. Download the Jog Dial Utility 5.10.05 update program from the webpage.
or
2. Perform the following procedure.
[Procedure]
1. Double-click the [JogDial] icon in [Control Panel] to open [JogDial Setup].
2. Click the [Configuration] tab.
3. Remove the check from the [Places the Jog Dial Window above all windows] box and click [OK].
