How do I change the user authority (access level) in Windows 2000?
To change the user authority (access level) in Windows 2000, please refer to the following procedure:
--Procedure--
1) Go to [Start] -> [Settings] -> [Control Panel], and double-click on the [Users and Passwords] icon.
2) Select the user in which you want the access level to be changed. Then, click the [Properties] button.
3) Click the [Group Membership] tab and select the access level. Then, click [OK].
