What is JEITA measuring standard?

JEITA measuring standard

JEITA stands for Japan Electronic Information Technology Association (Ver 1.0).

JEITA measuring standard is based on the following conditions.

Settings:
1. Screen saver: None.
2. Volume control: Mute.
3. Wireless switch: Off.
4. PowerPanel as follows:
Copy the Ultimate Battery Life profile and perform the following settings.

JEITA Measuring Method A
1. Unselect Hibernation on LowBattery option.
2. Unselect Standby Timer option of the system.
3. Unselect Standby Timer option of the LCD (Video).
4. Set LCD Brightness of LCD to Level 2.

JEITA Measuring Method B
1. Unselect Hibernation on LowBattery option.
2. Unselect Standby Timer option of the system.
3. Unselect Hibernation Timer option of the system.
4. Unselect Standby Timer option of LCD (Video).
5. Set LCD Brightness of LCD to Level 1.
