Why doesn't the video change during the editing of a movie when using Forwards one frame or Rewinds one frame functions?
An MPEG2 picture using Capture Video. Using Edit Video's Rewinds one frame or Forwards one frame functions, the counter's time display of video moves forward but the video shown on the monitor does not change.
