How do I change the user authority (access permission) on Windows 2000?
To change the user authority, please refer to the procedure below:
--Procedure--
1) Click [Start], point to [Settings], and then click [Control Panel]. Then double-click the [Users and Passwords] icon.
2) Select the user which you wish to change and click the [Properties] button.
3) Click the [Group Membership] tab and select the access permission which you want to give to the user. Click [OK].
