Why is it that although I have changed my BIOS settings, but when I rebooted the PC, they reappeared with the old values?
You probably have forgotten to save the changes of the BIOS settings, or you could have selected the "Exit without saving" option instead of the "Save and Exit" option in the setup program which are, usually located right next to each other on the BIOS setup menu.
If the changes are not reflected even after you have saved them and re-booted the PC, you might have a problem with your CMOS battery.
