Is our Pentium III system hit by Intel MTH Bug ?
Intel has found that some boards using the MTH chip creates electrical noise interference that causes system reboots and, potentially, the loss of data.
According to Intel that this problem occurred only on some Pentium III systems with the MTH componentis were used and some system using the 820 chipset. This problem will only affect the MTH chip began use last November and Pentium III system running at 533MHz and above.
Right now there is no system in VAIO with the MTH chip and hence no system will be affected by this bug.
