How to set an image to be of lighter/darker shade (Lightness adjustment) using Picture Gear?
Follow the steps for the respective PictureGear versions to adjust the lightness level:
* For PictureGear Version 4.1 or earlier
1. Start PictureGear and open a file.
2. From the Filter menu, click HLS.
3. Adjust the lightness level using the Lightness slider bar.
* For PictureGear Version 5.0 and later
1. Start PictureGear and open a file.
2. From the Edit menu, click Show Editor.
3. From the Filter menu, click HLS.
4. Adjust the lightness level using the Lightness slider bar.
