Please follow the steps below to resolve this symptom:
1. Click Start and click Run.
2. Type sfc and click OK.
3. Select the Extract one file from install disk option.
4. Type inetcpl.cpl in the text box and click Start.
5. In the Restore from text box, type C:\windows\options\cabs.
6. In the Save file in text box, type C:\windows\system and click OK.
7. When the The file has been successfully extracted message appears, click OK.
