This error message may appear when you select user profile in the Netflix application.

If this message appears, select OK and try to launch the Netflix application again:

  • Turn off the power supply of the TV and disconnect the plug. Connect the plug again in 2 minutes and turn on the power supply again.
  • Launch Netflix application again.
