I used this tv almost for 2 weeks. Great picture quality and im very satisfied. Just i quite dissapointed since this tv unable to support Samsung DeX application which i always used in my previous LG and Samsung TV.

A very good buy. Provides features for general TV viewing and basic gaming requirements.

l am glad we brought this TV we went to the Sony shop in Wolverhampton had great service from the two lads the only thing that we had a problem with is the settings for the film mode had to get help from YouTube but love the TV.

I bought this TV in September 2022, after researching several OLED TV's. I purchased the SONY based on the highly rated picture quality. The picture has been quite good. I have, however, become frustrated with the wifi and internet connection. Connecting the TV to wifi and internet is not quick or consistent. The TV can lose the connection not c, connect, or not recognize the network. I have found several ways to reestablish or get the TV connected based multiple discussions. I have also learned subsequently that this is not an uncommon problem with the SONY Bravia TV. Had I known this sooner I might have made a different purchase decision or returned the TV. I have owned a number of SONY products and always been happy with my purchase. This has been frustrating. I hope that as SONY continues to upgrade their products that they will address this issue.

Very happy with the quality of the picture and the processing that goes with it. The design is great too. But sadly the software lets it down.. it is supplied with Google TV, but, Sony have crippled this by adding YouView. This in term gets in the way of allowing Google TV to scan and add content from the major catchup and streaming apps in the UK such as iPlayer, ITVX, All4 etc and you're also unable to search across these. Annoying tbh, and I don't see this changing in the future either which is a shame. Wish they'd give us a choice on this.

Only had the tv 2 weeks so it is early days. The colours are phenomenal! The blacks are a true deep black. The sound from the screen incredible. Not sure I’ve set it up correctly yet especially sound and vision for different programmes I.e. sport, film, etc. but I am very happy. Not sure why I have 2 remotes?? The “main” remote seems a bit cheap for the price….not as good as the previous…

After using other brand's product for a while, I miss Sony's TV so much and finally decided to go back to my preferred brand. Image quality is good, and that means a lot to me!

Connection to my Samsung soundbar was an issue and seems to have connection issue. Changing from Netflix or other program to TV, the TV sound is not connected and seems to connect to audio system. Everytime need to go and change from TV speaker out then back to TV speaker the sound would be restored.

Always have gone for the very best technology at the time but this Sony is a quantum leap in performance. The rendition of colours is perfection, leaving the competition looking harsh and unrealistic. The upscaling abilities of the electronics behind the screen gives a stunning picture quality from any source. The detail of the images are astounding and the sound projected through the screen need little enhancement through a cinematic sound system. If you want the best, look no further than this Sony.

I bought this tv a couple weeks ago and am very pleased with it. Lovely contrast from the oled panel and plenty bright enough for my living room. Love the flexibility of the built in stand and sound isn't too bad from the built in speakers, obviously a dedicated speaker system will give better result though. Backlit remote and Google assistant are also nice to have.

Our old tv required turning down the brightness to the point we could barely recognize things in a dark background. This tv is much gentler on the eyes so we don't have to turn down the brightness nearly as much.

I bought this a few weeks ago and have not been disappointed. Excellent sound and picture. Movies and sport in UHD arecrystal clear. Colours are stunning

I bought this a few week ago and I am absolutely delighted with it. It is the best TV I have ever owned! The picture is amazing but I was particularly impressed with the sound which is quite exceptional for a slim unit. I have a Dali Katch 1 soundbar which I always used with my previous TV, but we have decided we do not need it for our normal viewing as speech is so clear with the sony sound. However I am still keeping the Dali for the extra effects when watching films,[I'm not a gamer] and there is only so much you can expect from a TV.

When I was in the shop deciding on which tv to buy this one wasn’t even on my list as to be honest it was above what I wanted to spend but a Sony specialist took me through all its benefits of the model and I will say it’s worth every penny if it’s money. The picture is breathtaking the sound is amazing and it’s so easy to add your app and operate.

Having watched the sales video about the speaker through the screen, I'm a little disappointed as I don't feel the sound lives up to the hype.

Bought two of the same TV’s, one for the main living room, and one for the extension. Brilliant TV’s, extremely clear picture. I also purchased two Sony A5000 sound bars to make the experience even better. Sadly one sound bar isn’t working as it should, so will be taking it back. But overall extremely happy with the tv

Been using about a month. Good product but at a premium price. Nice colours with anti reflection screen. Cannot say it's good for Sony service. Been about a month since we registered but the promised free product still not given to us.

I just bought this television and decided on this specific model for many reasons. Sony has always had an excellent reputation for quality regarding their televisions. I decided to spend more money to actually get what I paid for. This BRAVIA 4K OLED is absolutely stunningly beautiful and the sound is as good as the picture, and that is quite a compliment! In addition to using this model for watching movies and regular cable TV, I really wanted the best OLED television to go with my Sony PlayStation 5 console! The only significant downside to this television, especially when you consider the premium price, is that the remote control that comes with it is not great. The remote IS NOT BACK LIGHTED in any way!!! What is the deal with that, Sony??? I constantly have to turn on some sort of light to find the button that I am looking for, and that destroys the illusion or experience of whatever I am doing! I would really love to have someone from Sony actually contact me about this? Seriously.....

I love the picture on this TV. Sound is fantastic through sony soundbar. However google TF is slow and clumsy compared to TLC Roku TV and old Apple TV box. Youtube videos cast fine to Sony. Anything else when you try to go full screen takes you the the Homekit settings screen. I was told to enable the privacy settings for Airplay which I did. Made no difference. I've pretty much switched to using my Apple 4k TV box for streaming and the sony as a beautiful dumb TV. I would never recommend a GoogleTV. I would have returned this TV if it not for my wife's intervention

Bought one month ago, 77” screen is brilliant, and you feel like you at the sports events such as cricket, football, golf, etc. Easy to install, but a 3 man job to wall hang.

I bought this recently and I am so happy with the clarity of the screen and its sound quality. You get what you paid for.

First class product as always with Sony , fantastic picture quality , beautiful sound.

Nice and easy. So far no issues with the tv. Hopefully new updates will improve the UI

6 weeks into ownership and now we have to wait for engineers to figure out a patch for cure with no timeline.

I recently bought a 55inch A80K and I am very pleased with my purchase. The picture is crisp and clear with bold colour contrast and all round is a great viewing experience. I changed the sound setting type from Standard to Dialogue and this made the actors sound much clearer and improved my enjoyment as a viewer. This OLED TV delivers a great experience and I would recommend for anyone looking for a quality mid-range TV with Sony reliability.

The picture quality is outstanding. It regularly stops you in your tracks and you just look at the images. TV sound is very good. You can skip a sound bar and splash the cash on a good AV system for the full Atmos experience.

I have got this TV last October. Beautiful colour and sound quality is nice. I recommend to buy this TV. .

I am really please, the tv as turned out better than expected. Comes with two remotes which feel solid and lights up as well. Picture quality is fantastic plus very easy to set up.

I have always owned Sony TVs and this is by far the best of them. Clear, sharp with great contrast and colors. Watching fast moving sports has almost no lag or blur. Love Google smart TV. Have 0 complaints with the TV. The remote is a different story, there should be a number pad even if it would make the remote bigger. It is awkward to change channels, Google talk does not work well, it takes me to something involving the numbers I speak into the remote but not the channel. If I use the numbers, a message says no channel exists with those numbers. The remote also needs a consistent back button. The worst aspect of the remote is no back-lit function. I watch in near darkness so I push wrong buttons. For the price of the TV, the remote should be better and I should not have to use my cable box remote, but I need to have both remotes beside me. It is still 100% worth owning this terrific TV for the TV itself, and I will be adding the HT A9 home theater system in the future.

Bought this to upsize from my Sony 55" that was 8 years old and I'm not disappointed that I did. The 4K upscale is much better than the older TV, but sometimes the feed coming into the TV just isn't good enough to get the quality upscale you want. Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase.

Bought this almost 1 month. So far have been enjoying it. The colour, the details on pictures are awesome.

Really happy with this TV. It was replacing an older Sony 40” which has been and still is a good TV. Lovely clear picture. I haven’t tried out all the facilities on the TV yet, but so far so good. Easy to set up too.

This is now the 2nd A80 , the first lasted less than 6 weeks before the screen went. It took 13 days to replace it. Not really the service you want when you fork out £1700. New one is in place and the picture quality is superb. Great for PS5. Now if it lasts I will be happy

No one talks about this, Bravia Core App is on a completely different level, what a surprise you will be able to enjoy movies in iMax quality picture and sound. If you stream you must have high-speed Internet. Don't save the money get a professional setup with calibration. The TV comes with a quality controller. Sony Engineers did a fantastic job!!!

I bought this tv 3 weeks ago. I am happy with the product, the only 1 thing my tv does, is it will go black for 3 seconds then the picture will come back while am playing on my ps5. I dont think it's faulty am not sure why it dose that. It don't happen all the time. Part from that am happy with the choice I've made.

Love this 77” inch OLED. I had a 65” LG OLED before this, and this is definitely an upgrade. Had a sales rep at bestbuy compare the Sony and the LG side by side, and while the LG was brighter, the Sony had a better picture pixel for pixel. Very pleased. Watching MLS on AppleTV in 4k is amazing!

I have had the Sony A80K 55 inch OLED TV in my possession for 5 weeks. Great picture, sound is decent once you adjust the equalizer. I did have 2 problems though. A few weeks after installing the TV, the TV shut off by itself for no reason. The timer was not engaged. It turned right back on, but it was concerning. 9 days ago, all of a sudden, the sound was very distorted, and on every channel. Then the picture went out too but the TV was still on. It was still working with the streaming services, but not through the HD Cable. I tried another HD cable box, but it was the same. Then the TV froze so I unplugged from the wall outlet for about 20 seconds or so, fired the TV back u and it was perfect once again. I have not contacted service because it is working fine now. Only time will tell but it is disappointing for a set this expensive. My previous Samsung Smart TV which I had since 2015 never, ever gave me a single problem and was one third the price of the Sony. I hope the Sony will hold up, but I am worried.

I have owned this TV for about three months and it and I just love the picture.

I looked at different makes of tv's and decided to go for a Sony, and I am not at all disappointed, I am so pleased with satisfied with the tv.

I bought this tv to upgrade from led to oled. A MUCH IMPROVEMENT and you can see it from the sides too. Excellent clarity. The only bad thing is the remote doesn’t light up. Expensive as Sony should have made a remote to light up like it is the the 90k version. A80k and A90k are excellent for PS5.

Brought TV in Best Buy and love it. Beautiful OLED Display. Tons of features and settings to make already picture to your liking.

I bought this after looking at all the major brands. It has the best picture out there. My second large screen sony. I have never been disappointed.

Picture quality is quite superb & Google TV so intuitive

Bought this in November 2022. Noticed a wavy area in lower left hand corner when tv is off. not noticeable when on

OLED TV’s deliver the best possible images, and this one does it right! In addition, its audio is superb! I’m a perfectionist, and this TV has me pleased!

This TV is awesome. Great picture and quality sound. Easy to set up and adjust the picture to suit.
