- HK$10 will be charged by delivery delivery provider upon pick-up if customer requests the delivery address change to different district
➤Door-to-door Delivery
**delivery provider will arrange delivery for your order within 1-4 days after you have received email notification. Customer must pick up the order within the period.
➤EF Locker Delivery
**** once the parcel arrived to designated SF Locker station, a SMS pick-up notification. Please visit to the designated SF Locker to pick-up your goods within 24 hours by entering the verification code.

Important Notes:
As per SF Express' update, to enhance social distancing for the safety of customers and SF Express employees, the delivery services in designated districts had been suspended. Please refer to the link for more details.
 
Method 02 Pick up at any Sony Store in Hong Kong***
Your product will be delivered to designated Sony Store in Hong Kong within 3 working days***. Customers can choose to pick up their purchased products at Sony Store in Hong Kong in Causeway Bay, Mongkok or Tsim Sha Tsui. No extra charge is required.
 
 
 
Delivery arrangement of Home Theater / BRAVIA TV items (including BRAVIA TV, Soundbar, Home Cinema System)
Delivery covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay only. Delivery to Discovery Bay is subject to surcharge of HK$140 for tunnel fee. Delivery service is not available to any address to hotels, P.O. boxes, other areas in Lantau Island and outlying islands, overseas.
 
Delivery time: Monday to Saturday (exclude public holidays) 9:00-18:00 If customer is not available to pick up the product, he/she can authorize a person to pick it up with authorization letter and identity card for verification.

**Delivery covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Tung Chung, Lantau Island and outlying islands( Including Cheung Chau / Peng Chau / Tung Chung / Discovery Bay / Chek Lap Kok / Hong Kong Disney / Mui Wo / Pui O / Changsha / Tong Fuk / Shek Pik / Ngong Ping / Tai O). No delivery is provided to any address to hotels, P.O. boxes, areas require permission to access (e.g. Hei Ling Chau, Sha Tau Kok).
 
Delivery time: Monday to Saturday (exclude public holidays) 9:00-20:00. Collector must provide personal information (including Full Name, Contact Number) for verification upon pick up the order.
 
**While our partners will do their best to accommodate your requests we ask for your kind understanding that this may not always be possible. Sony Hong Kong is working with our delivery partners to improve the service and customer experience. Please provide a valid address to avoid any delivery failure. If you have received delivery tracking number, you can contact to delivery provider for delivery time arrangement.
 
**In case if you have missed a delivery attempt from delivery provider. Delivery delivery provider will make a maximum of two delivery attempts to deliver your order, If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day. Customer must pick up the item within 1-4 days after you have received the confirmation email of delivery(email subject: “your order will be delivered soon”). The package will be sent to Sony Store, Hong Kong(No.503-504, Hysan Place, Causeway Bay) for customer pick-up again if customer failed to collect within the specified period, HKD$20 delivery and administration fee will be charged when customer collected in Sony Store.
After the order had shipped to Sony Store Hong Kong, customer must pick-up the order within 14 days. Sony reserves the our right to reject the order. Extra storage, delivery & administration fee will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund amount without prior notice.
 
***Excluded Pre-order items. Working days excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. Purchaser selected to pick up at Sony Store should pick up the product in person but no authorization is allowed. In order to protect customer's right, he/she should show their Hong Kong identity card or valid passport and the credit card used in online purchase for verification to pick up the product.
 
**** For the customer chosen “Deliver to EF Locker”, once the parcel arrived to designated SF Locker station, a SMS pick-up notification with 8-digit verification code will send to your My Sony phone number. Please visit to the designated SF Locker to pick-up your goods within 24 hours by entering the verification code.
 
Pay attention: If customer is unable to make the above documents available when collecting the Products, we reserve the right to reject product pickup. If you fails to collect the Products or provide the above document for collection within 90 days after the delivery date, we reserve our right to cancel the order without prior notice.
