Touchpad Remote Control does not work after doing a Factory data reset or after removing Touchpad Remote Control from the Device list in Bluetooth settings.
Follow the steps below to register the remote.
- Make sure that the batteries are properly inserted.
- Update TV to the latest system software.

How to perform a software update. - Press and hold the INPUT button on the TV for at least 5 seconds, and register the Touchpad Remote Control from the screen that is displayed.
NOTE: If it still cannot be used after following the steps above, please initialize the Touchpad Remote Control .
