The player suddenly reboots or freezes when a CD-DA disc is played back.

This may be due to corruption in a discs playback history file. The player can be recovered if you return all settings to the Factory Default Settings.

Please perform below steps:

1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
2. Select Setup.
3. Select Resetting.
4. Select Reset to Factory Default Settings.
5. Select All Settings.

If the issue is still unresolved, please perform a firmware update by USB or Network Update.
