The portable speaker does not output sound or is not recognized by the connected computer.

    Check the following:

    IMPORTANT : Use the USB cable supplied with the portable speaker.

    1. Set the portable speaker to USB mode by pressing the FUNCTION button.
    2. Check that the portable speaker and the computer are connected by the USB cable.
      NOTE: If you are using a USB hub, connect the portable speaker and computer directly, and check whether the connection improves.
    3. If the computer has multiple USB ports, use another port.
    4. Restart the music playback application on the computer.
