The provision of the basic wall-mount installation service depends on actual installation environment, as confirmed after surveyed by our installation technician. Customers can contact our Customer Service Hotline to arrange a free-of-charge “Wall-mount surveying service” beforehand.

Precautions for basic wall-mount installation service

• Suggest leaving space around the TV set for ventilation purpose. 10 cm (about 4 inches) from the left, right and bottom of the TV is suggested, whilst 30 mm (about 12 inches) from the top of the TV is suggested.
• Basic wall-mount installation service only applies to Sony’s original wall-mount brackets for installation.
• Basic wall-mount installation service does not include service to enclose wires into the wall/pipes. It would be suggested for third-party installation technicians to be consulted for such installation works.
• Basic wall-mount installation service only provides simple cable connection to related home audio-visual products.
• Basic wall-mount installation service does not apply to installation heights of more than 2 meters above the ground.
• Before proceeding with the basic wall-mount installation service, please confirm if the wall material is met with the following conditions:

          * Solid wood of thickness no less than 2 cm; or

          *Concrete main wall of thickness no less than 10 cm

• Basic wall-mount installation service does not apply to walls made using the below materials: Marble, Glass/Mirror, Gypsum panels, Sand bricks, Hollow bricks, or Hollow panels.
