You can check the approximate amount of remaining charge of the charging case when you set the headsets in the charging case.
-
If the red indicator of the charging case and the headsets light up:
The remaining battery charge is between 30% and 100% and you can charge the headsets normally using the charging case. -
If the red indicator of the charging case and the headsets light up, but the red indicator of the charging case flashes for 15 seconds after closing the lid of the charging case:
The remaining battery charge is between 5% and 30%, meanings the remaining charge of the charging case is less than needed to charge the headsets fully. -
If the red indicator of the headphones doesn't light up, or the indicator turns off immediately:
The remaining charge of the charging case is less than 5% and you cannot charge the headsets.
NOTES:
- You can check the remaining battery charge of the headsets using the Sony | Headphones Connect app (Ver. 6.0.0 or later).
For WF-1000XM3, the headsets firmware version 2.0.2 or later is also required. - You cannot check the remaining battery level of the charging case at the same time you are recharging the charging case.
