Sales resumption notice of Xperia 1 VII Smartphones

Thank you for your continued support for Xperia products.

As of 5^th July 2025, we announced that due to unexpected power-offs, restarts and inability to power on, we temporarily suspended shipments of the affected devices and sales at Sony Stores. However, we announce that sales of Xperia 1 VII will resume on 26^th August 2025.

We sincerely apologize to our loyal Xperia customers for any concern, trouble, and inconvenience caused. We also apologize for the delay in notifying customers who have been waiting for the resumption of sales. We are committed to further improving the quality of our products, striving to create products that our customers will love.
