Network service termination for certain Sony products

Dear Valued Sony Customer,

Network services will be terminated on certain Sony audio and video products effective 17 November 2026.

As a result of this termination:
•    Access to supported network services will no longer be available on affected models.
•    Any downloaded network services may no longer be accessible on affected models.
•    Beginning 18 November 2026, icons associated with these services may be removed from affected models.
