Why doesn't the Dial-up Connection appears when start Outlook Express?
On Outlook Express, you can select a connection method for each account separately from the connection method set on Internet Explorer. Even when LAN connection has been set on Internet Explorer, you can connect your computer to a mail server with Dial-up Connection.
1. Start Outlook Express.
2. From the Tools menu, click Accounts....
3. In the Mail tab, select an email account and click Properties.
4. Click the Connection tab and selection the option of Always connect to this account using:.
5. Select a connection type from the drop-down menu.
