Why do multiple mail addresses appear when an e-mail is created?
Multiple mail addresses appear when an e-mail is created.
This symptom occurs when multiple e-mail accounts are set. Multiple addresses appear so that user can select the appropriate mail account to send the message.
Unnecessary e-mail accounts can be deleted with the steps below:
This procedure is based on Outlook Express Ver.6.0.
Note: Once an e-mail account is deleted, it cannot be restored.
1. Start Outlook Express Ver.6.0.
2. Click the Tools tab and click Accounts.
3. Select an unused account and click Delete.
4. Click Yes.
