How to activate the Winlogon screen?
To activate the Winlogon screen, please follow the steps below.
1. Login a user's account with administrative rights.
2. Click Start, point to Settings and click Control Panel.
3. Click User Accounts and click Change the way users log on or off.
4. Deselect the Use the Welcome screen option.
5. Click Apply Options.
