The keys on the On-screen Keyboard disappear after minimizing and maximizing the On-screen Keyboard window.
This symptom occurs because the default Enhanced Keyboard is not fully compliant to the On-Screen Keyboard function. Follow the steps below to resolve this symptom:
1. Click Keyboard and select Enhanced Keyboard.
2. Click Keyboard again and select Standard Keyboard.
