Why does an error message occur when creating the DVD images?

    The DVD images creation process fails when saving them to a folder which has 2-byte characters in the file name.

    Err Msg: Error occurred. Could not create images to be written to the disc.

    * Software versions:
    Click to DVD Ver.1.0 and Click to DVD Ver.1.

    To resolve this symptom, please download the latest Click to DVD Version 1.4.01 Upgrade:

    Important:
    - During the installation of this update, please log in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
    - To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be cleared of programs before proceeding.

    In the Downloads section, please select Notebook and proceed with the steps below:
    1. Move the cursor to the relevant Notebook Series and click the model of the VAIO computer.
    2. Locate Click to DVD Version 1.4.01 Upgrade and proceed as per instructions on the screen.

    Note:
    - If the folder that is set as the saving location of a file is been deleted, an error message will appears at the next starup time and the saving location of the file is set to the Temp folder.
    - If the saving location is changed to the C disk drive with comparatively low in disk space, a DVD video cannot be created normally sometimes due to insufficient free space.
