Thank you for your continued support for Sony products. Some users of the digital still camera [DSC-P1] have reported that the indicator may show that the battery is fully charged although charging is not completed. This could result in shorter camera operation time.

Because the above occurs depending on the environment where the digital still camera is being used and stored , we will provide a free diagnosis service, and if necessary, a free repair service to improve the consistency of battery operations of the affected model. We ask customers who wish to take advantage of this free service to contact our customer service centres for further details. This free service will require the digital still camera, AC charger and battery to be kept temporarily at the service office.
