Highly recommend this Sony HT-S400 soundbar! The 2.1sound is crisp and clear, making movie dialogues very easy to hear. The wireless subwoofer delivers solid, powerful bass that sounds amazing in my living room. For this price, the performance is truly excellent and well worth the money.

just set the soundbar bar up I am listening to some music very good sound quality and good bass sound . I am very happy with this product it was a replacement under my insurance policy as my last sony surround sound cinema system broke down .

Recent purchase, as a matter of fact I purchased this on my birthday. No regrets so far. Easy to set up. Easy to pair with my Bravia TV, awesome sound, rich bass. Movies come to life. Its like a whole cinema experience in your home. If you're interested in this product search no more this is it. For the price its a hell of a deal.

Bought this when my old Sony HT-CT60BT of 11 years packed in. At 5 times the wattage and 11 years of development since, I was expecting a significantly improved experience. However the new system is far inferior. The sound is dull and muffled, no better than my inbuilt tv speakers. The only time it comes alive is watching an action film and the sub woofer kicks in. My old system was far superior in clarity and connectivity - this new model does not even have an aux input so I can't plug in my turntable like I used to. Extremely disappointed.

It stopped turning on in 6 month's, and not worth the money it would cost to ship it for the warranty coverage. I basically spent $178 on trash. Very disappointing.

This is an excellent value product highly recommended sounds fantastic with rich deep bass sounds great value for the money.

Got it for almost a month now from Courts Megastore Tampines. This is my first ever soundbar. It was recommended to me by their sales staff and i was offered a PWP price even though i did not buy anything else. Setup was very easy using HDMI Arc. Bass was good. Surround sound was also good. For the price i paid around $369 which included Courts extra 2 years warranty, it was worth it.

Really great sound and so easy to install. Would recommend but the box is not small but as it is linked without wires, can be put anywhere in the room

This system gives adequate performance if you are not a Hifi buff. The controls are fairly basic, volume and bass but the bluetooth is a useful feature to play from phone or mp3 player. The voice button improves treble enabling clearer speach. Performance is reasonable for the money but don't expect concert hall performance.

Quality is exceptional for price. This sound system sounds great for all of my needs and expectations. After a year of owning, I notice the subwoofer cutting out periodically for short moments. Knowing it cuts out is my reason for 3 stars

Used almost a month, feels good and solid! 1st time use Sony soundbar and will recommend to my friend.

Lousy warranty. Died 6 Months out of warranty sound bar died. All Sony would do is pay for 1/2 of the repair. I had to provide box., pay shpping and wait for repair estimate. It was hard to find a customer service phone number and they don't advertise their hours.

Bought about a month ago. The digital display on sound bar speaker not functioning but sounds perfect.

I purchased this sound bar 3 months ago along with my sony 50” smart tv. While the bass is good for watching action films it is very disappointing for dramas trying to make out what people are saying. I have just finished watching Adolescence on Netflix and it was nearly impossible to make out episode 4. Very disappointed with purchase.

Did a lot of research on both Sony and Samsung TVs and Sound Bars. Since I have been a Sony guy for over 45 years, I obviously was leaning towards Sony. But after looking at all products and display and hearing the sound bar comparisons, I was convinced that the Sony was far superior. After the EASY set up we enjoyed the immersive viewing and sound. Great Products! Thanks Sony! And Thank You Best Buy!

I bought last month,,,all the while i been wanted to buy 1 set of sound bar,,, so I bought Sony sound bar to try,, I am happy with it performance

Simplicity itself to set up and operate but why you do not include an HDMI cable with the product is baffling - it seems like penny pinching when dealing with such a quality product. Otherwise the purchase has been well-made and produces first class sound in my room.

Such an improvement to the tv sound, extremely please with this soundbar.

I purchased this product one month ago and, overall, I am happy with it. However, when the volume is low, the sound lacks clarity, while at higher volumes, the audio quality is good. Additionally, there are no settings available to adjust the EQ or sound quality.

I bought this and i really suprise the quality especially the bass... i means for the price.. below Ringgit Malaysia RM1000, this is the best soundbar with wireless BASS u can get. 330 watt.. you turn the volume to 35/100 and your living room have becomes cinema and if 50/100 volumes, it already rock your floor. Trust me...Off course below rm500, u can get HT-S100F but they dont have bass speaker stand alone. It also good choice for budget but for midrange and valuebuy, trust me sony is the best compare to other brand. And for more than Rm1000 spending too, off course laa u have much more choices.. but for wireless setup this is the best, only cons it dont have toslink audio cable support. Only bluetooth, hdmi arc and coxcial audio. Below 1000, i dont expect it to have NFC and wifi la... but for the price bargain.. its good already. Trust me

Bought it a month ago. Good for simple used. Higher features and high end user will need to go for higher model.

Work just fine. Clear sound, and the bass is acceptable. Just it's Bluetooth connection are not stable enough. Sometimes need to reconnect with my tv or media device

This product is perfect if you are into movies and music videos with strong bass. The controller is a no-nonsense straightforward design without too many complicating buttons. The other advantage is the elimination of prior older generations of sound system's one limiting factor: cables. Will highly recommend to anyone needing a decent sound system under a 4-digit budget whilst retaining a subwoofer for that sweet powerful bass.

Best and powerful ...best sound quality and good experience. Will recomended to other users.

After being installed the blue tooth music skipped. You have to turn off the sound bars and then unplug it, wait for 1 minute and then plug it back in. That solved the problem.

I just bought the soundbar and it has great high and low response and amazing base. Also very clear and crisp sound.

so easy to set up. loved the sound and the wireless subwoofer is great ,really shakes the floor .
