I sometimes hear strange noises while watching TV, or else no sound comes out.
If there is a new TV software available, please download the new software and update the TV.
Follow these steps to perform the software update.
- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select Settings.
- Select Customer Support.
- Select Software Update.
- Select Network.
NOTE: Try the following for a temporary solution.
- Try turning the TV off then on again with the remote control.
- Try changing the TV channel or changing to another input mode.
