    Sony Gift Redemption Registration Notice

                                                                                                                                                                                                    (For Hong Kong region only)

    Redemption registration deadline :
    [TV & Home Audio] within 90 days after product purchased
    [Other products] within 30 days after product purchased
    * Late submission will not be processed

                                                                                                                                                             

    1. Please register warranty and redemption after 10 days (from the 11th day and onwards) from the product purchase date.

    2. Please complete product warranty registration and subscribe in "My Sony Subscription"
        https://www.sony.com.hk/warranty/en/warrantyReg.jsp

    3. Log in to your My Sony account and select "Product Warranty Record and Redemption Registration" for gift redemption*

    4. Fill in your mobile phone number (for receiving SMS messages) and product purchase amount, then upload a  photo of the purchase invoice
        (handwritten invoices are not accepted), along with a photo of the barcode label on the box and payment slip^
        (including credit card, EPS or other mobile payment methods, such as AlipayHK).

    5. When registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the pending verification of the provided information.
        If the application is rejected, you will receive further email notification within 7 days.

    6. When the gift(s) have arrived at the selected redemption location, you will receive an email and SMS notification about the redemption period, please redeem before the specified date.

    7. Gift(s) must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of issuing the redemption notification email/SMS, otherwise the relevant redemption registration will be cancelled. Gifts will not be reissued.​

    * Customers must bring the purchase invoice & the original barcode label on the box to the selected location for the gift redemption.
    For the purchase of BRAVIA TV or home audio/visual products, customer must upload photo of electronic payment slip along with the barcode label on the box. If an electronic payment slip cannot be provided, please upload a screenshot of the detailed payment information through the relevant mobile payment app. (For cash payments, please provide a photo of the product information screen, displaying the model and serial numbers, please click here for instructions.)
    Sony may request further submission of other documents or proofs for redemption verification purposes.


    Gift Redemption Registration Procedure 

    1. Please complete the warranty registration for the product* and subscribe“My Sony Subscription”in My Sony Profile https://www.sony.com.hk/warranty/zh/warrantyReg.jsp
       

    2. Once completed, select "My Profile"     

       

    *Please register warranty and redemption after 10 days (from the 11th day and onwards) from the product purchase date.

    3. Click on “Menu”in the upper right corner and then select“Product Warranty and Gift Registration. "

    4. Click on "Redemption" to redemption registration page

    6. Select the relevant gift, then press “NEXT”

    7. After confirming all input information is correct, read and understand the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" statement, then click the box, and press "Submit"

    8. Registration completed

    When Registration is completed, there will be a confirmation email about the relevant information will be verified. If the application is rejected, you will receive email notification within 7 days.

    When the gift arrived the chosen redemption location, you will receive an email and SMS notification about the redemption period, please redeem before expiry.

    Please allow 2-8 weeks for the redemption arrangement.

    Checking your application status

    Please check the redemption status from the“Product Warranty & Product Data Record”under My Sony profile.
