Regarding unexpected power-offs, restarts, or inability to power on of Xperia 1 VII Smartphones

The Xperia 1 VII smartphone may occasionally experience unexpected power-offs, restarts and inability to power on. As a result, shipments of the affected products and sales at Sony Stores have been temporarily suspended.
