    Registering or updating podcasts (Music Center for PC Ver.1.0)

    You can register podcasts to “Music Center for PC”.
    After you register or update podcasts, you can enjoy them by downloading (subscribing to) the latest data via the Internet.

    Registering podcasts via drag-and-drop

    1. Click [Podcasts] (A).
    2. Drag and drop the podcast icon, etc. from the website that you want to register to the podcast list.

    Registering podcasts by entering URLs

    1. Click [Podcasts] (A). Then, click [Subscribe a podcast] (B).

      The [Subscribe a podcast] screen will appear.

    2. Enter the URL of the podcast that you want to register. Then, select [OK].

    Hint

    • You can also register podcasts by selecting [Subscribe a podcast] from the [File] menu.

    Importing podcast registration information files

    You can export or import podcast registration information as files. The following description explains how to import podcast registration information files (File Extension: .opml or .xml).

    1. Select [Import Podcast subscriptions...] from the [File] menu.
    2. Select the podcast registration information file (File Extension: .opml or .xml) that you want to import.

      Select the folder that contains the podcast registration information file. Then, select the file that you want to import.

    3. Click [Import].

    Hint

    • You can also import podcast registration files (File Extension: .opml or .xml) by dragging and dropping them to the [Podcasts] list.

    Updating podcasts

    To update podcasts manually

    1. Click [Podcasts] (A).
    2. Click [Update all] (B).

      All the registered podcasts will be updated at once.

    Note

    • Deleted content will not be displayed even after updating. To display deleted content again, deregister, and then reregister the podcast.

    Hint

    • To update podcasts individually, right-click on a podcast that you want to update, and then select [Update].

    To update podcasts automatically

    1. Click [Podcasts] (A).
    2. Click [Podcast settings] (B). Then, select an interval at which to update podcasts automatically from the [Check timing:] list.

      Podcasts will be updated at the selected interval.
